Looking for a fast-paced, high-energy workout that fits into your busy schedule? Join us for 45-minute indoor bootcamps at Jupiter Kickboxing. Our H.I.I.T. sessions are designed to boost your strength, torch calories, and keep you motivated every step of the way.

Kickboxing

JKD / No Gi Judo
This section combines Jeet Kune Do principles with no gi judo, emphasizing timing, entries, off-balancing, and practical application. It is built for students who want adaptable stand-up and clinch-to-throw skill development.

Tai Chi

Kids Classes
Kids classes are split by age group, with ages 3–5 at 4:30 PM and ages 6–12 at 5:00 PM. Each class focuses on discipline, confidence, and fitness through age-appropriate kickboxing fundamentals.
